There are not enough positive things I can say about Cecelia. My husband and I were on our way to buying our first home and had some bumps along the way. Cecelia was our third realtor in our home buying process. Our first two were not helpful at all, we almost gave up on buying a home, then we met Cecelia. We actually we contacted with her on a Friday around 8pm through Zillow. On Saturday at 11am we were seeing the first home on our list, wow! We looked at 3 or 4 that day and put in an offer on one, which she met with us that night to sign the paperwork (we didn't get it, someone beat us with a cash offer, such a bummer). She was amazing! I could call or text or email her about a house I wanted to look at, a question I had, anything and she would respond immediately. She would send me house that were in our price range. She found our new home in two weeks because she was on top of it. As first time home buyers I had LOTS of questions she answered them ALL of them. I can't express how thankful I am for Cecelia. My daughter told me a realtor can make or break your experience and she was right! So grateful for Cecelia. Highly recommend.

Me and my family were looking to buy our first home so we went with Cecelia based off recommendations. We were not able to purchase a home just yet due to a few reasons so we decided to rent until we were ready, Cecelia helped us find a rental in the area we wanted and that suited our needs best. We were always able to reach her for any questions we had, to suggest homes we wanted to see and schedule times to see the homes we were interested in. She was very respectful and seemed to enjoy what she was doing! Alot of effort was put in to helping us find just what we needed and after looking for what seemed like forever she helped us find the perfect home for our family. We are very thankful for a realtor like Cecelia who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the home choice we made. I will use her in the future as well as recommend her to anyone i know looking to sell, buy or rent a house.

The first agent I hired to sell my home was horrible. He never got showings for my house and was really rude. Cecelia came highly recommend from a friend. She is amazing. She always kept me informed on all the processes and feedback from the showings that were done. My house was not on the market long before she was negotiating multiple offers that she got for pricing my home perfect. I have now bought a house using her and also have three family members that have used her too. Not one complaint. If I ever need a realtor again I will only work with Cecelia and her fabulous team.
